For those who are interested in experiencing sound for the purposes of deep relaxation, meditation, healing, expansion of consciousness, personal development, and general well-being.
A 90 minutes session with 5 Gongs and other therapeutic instruments including Himalayan singing bowls, a shruti box, bells, a frame drum, koshi wind chimes, cactus rainsticks, nutshell shakers, tingshaw bells, Peruvian rattles, croaking frog güiro's, cabasa's, power chimes, kalimba's, a sansula, and bamboo leaf rattles.
The session includes guided meditation and pranayama before being immersed in the sound of the gongs. The intention for the session is to work with the energy of Spring.

(WHAT IS A GONG BATH)
A Gong Bath is a form of Sound Healing. The term 'bath' signifies being bathed in sound waves - there is no water or touching involved. Fully clothed, you are invited to lay comfortably on a yoga mat (or sit on a chair/cushion if you find it more comfortable), wrap yourself in a blanket, close your eyes, relax, and be cocooned in sound. The session provides a safe space to re-generate, re-nourish, and re-set.

(ABOUT THE SESSION)
Session starts at 17:00. Please arrive at 16:45 for registration, and to make yourself comfortable. It is recommended to avoid alcohol and eating heavy meals before the session. Late comers are not admitted to avoid disrupting the session. Thank you for understanding.
(WHAT TO BRING)
Each guest is provided with a yoga mat, a head rest, and an eye pillow but, if possible, please bring:
-a cushion/pillow (or cushions/pillows) for extra comfort. You will be laying down for one hour on a yoga mat and the more 'padding' you have underneath you, the more comfortable you will be. And, the more comfortable you are the more beneficial the session will be for you.
-a blanket to keep warm because the body temperature may shift during the session. Please contact me if you would like me to bring a blanket for you.
-a bottle of water (although there is access to water). You may get thirsty.
(WHAT TO WEAR) Please wear loose and comfortable clothing. Changing area available.
(PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF) you are on your first or last trimester of pregnancy, suffer from a sound sensitive condition, seizures, have a pacemaker, or have any particular need.
