Brighton: Autumn Equinox Gong Bath

  • Purple Turtle Wellbeing Bullards Place London, England, E2 United Kingdom (map)

Welcome to the Gong Space.

A Gong Bath is a form of Sound Healing where the gong is played to create a variety of benefits including relaxation, meditative states, harmony and balance, enhanced creativity, and general well being.

To honour the Autumn Equinox, the intention for this Gong Bath session is to tune in to the energies of Autumn, and take a moment to pause and reflect on our harvest.

The session will be 75 minutes and will include a guided meditation and an immersion in the vibrational field and sonic universe of 4 Gongs and related sound tools including himalayan singing bowls, a shruti box, the voice, bells, a rain stick, a frame drum, a Koshi, a croaking frog güiro, shakers and leaf rattles.

-a cushion/pillow (or cushions/pillows) for extra comfort. You will be laying down for one hour on a yoga mat and the more 'padding' you have underneath you, the more comfortable you will be. And, the more comfortable you are the more beneficial the session will be for you.

-a blanket to keep warm because the body temperature may shift during the session. Please contact me if you would like me to bring a blanket for you.

-a bottle of water (although there is access to water). You may get thirsty after the session and on your way back home.
