Samyak-Sambodhi Yoga & Meditation teacher, Crystal & Colour terapist Silvia Pinzaglia ( brings the Yoga& Meditation experience to the Jamyang Buddhist Centre.
Silvia is proud to collaborate with SonicSoul Patrizia Carlota ( and Sound Interventions Mona Mock ( to create a 2 hours of nourishing and harmonising Yoga, Meditation and Sound Bath.
Silvia will lead you through a Yoga & Meditation session with the aim to open your Anahata Chakra or Heart Chakra with the purpose to work on Karuna (Compassion), Santhosa (Contentment) and Unconditional Love all in the name of helping others.
Mona and Patrizia, two Gong Practitioners trained at The College of Sound Healing will, instead, facilitate a Sound Bath to make it an immersive and dynamic experience. They will play subtle gong sounds during the Yoga & Meditation session and then do a mini bath at the end to promote relaxation, meditation and general well-being.

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and energising experience. It is a perfect way to balance out the stress of your everyday life. A Gong Practitioner is a profession that incorporates purposeful use of sound and musical stimuli, where Gongs are used as a therapeutic intervention, to promote relaxation, meditation and general well-being.

A sound bath is an experience which pampers your senses with sound and vibration. The term Sound Bath is used because you are “bathed” in the vibrations and sound of the gongs and singing bowls.

During the Sound Bath you will lie down, relax and just allow the sounds to wash over you.
